Super Easy Donuts Recipe

Ingredients

1 can of biscuits (any kind will do I prefer Pillsbury Grands)

Vegetable Oil

Confectioners Sugar

Milk (just a few table spoons)

Granulated Sugar

Cinnamon

Directions

Simply cut each biscuit in half and flatten out with the bottom of a drinking glass. Press hard to get that round shape.

Use a 2 liter soda pop top to cut out the center hole. (keep the holes, everybody loves donut holes!)

Heat up about three inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet.

Drop in 2 to 3 donuts at a time (making sure not to overcrowd the pan)

Fry for around 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until brown.

Remove once done and drain on a paper towel covered plate.

You can either dip in Confectioners sugar once they've cooled, mix up some cinnamon sugar, or make a quick glaze using about 1 cup of Confectioners sugar to about 3 tablespoons of milk and drizzle over the top.
