My mom used to make us donuts like this when we were little. They're so easy and delicious. Always a big hit and they are very inexpensive to make as well!

Ingredients
- 1 can of biscuits (any kind will do I prefer Pillsbury Grands)
- Vegetable Oil
- Confectioners Sugar
- Milk (just a few table spoons)
- Granulated Sugar
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Simply cut each biscuit in half and flatten out with the bottom of a drinking glass. Press hard to get that round shape.
- Use a 2 liter soda pop top to cut out the center hole. (keep the holes, everybody loves donut holes!)
- Heat up about three inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet.
- Drop in 2 to 3 donuts at a time (making sure not to overcrowd the pan)
- Fry for around 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until brown.
- Remove once done and drain on a paper towel covered plate.
- You can either dip in Confectioners sugar once they've cooled, mix up some cinnamon sugar, or make a quick glaze using about 1 cup of Confectioners sugar to about 3 tablespoons of milk and drizzle over the top.

I have no clue as to whether its gluten free or not. I'd imagine not with canned biscuits being the main ingredient. Sorry!
