Frozen Yogurt Cookie Dessert

You could change this around and use your favorite flavor frozen yogurt. Another one of those nice desserts for the summer when you don't want to run your big oven and heat up your house. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 12 reduced-fat cream-filled chocolate sandwich shopping list
- cookies, crushed shopping list
- 1 quart reduced-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts shopping list
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen fat-free whipped topping, shopping list
- thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Set aside 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumbs into an 11-in. X 7-in. X 2-in. Dish
- coated with cooking spray. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Carefully spread frozen yogurt over crumbs.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with
- peanuts. Spread with whipped topping; sprinkle with
- reserved crumbs.
- Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove from
- the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
