Ultraslim Dilled Fish Fillet

- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill (or 2 teaspoons dried) use fresh if you can shopping list
- 1 lb. of sole or flounder fillet (I've used tilapia successfully) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of dry sherry shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice shopping list
- Seasoned salt, pepper shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange fish fillets in a single layer over the dill in a shallow non-metallic baking pan or casserole.
- Sprinkle with sherry, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Cover baking dish with foil and bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven 12-18 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle with paprika and parsley if desired.
- Serve with pan juices.
