Ultraslim Dilled Fish Fillet Recipe
Fast tasty fish dish. Not complicated at all, tasty.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill (or 2 teaspoons dried) use fresh if you can
  • 1 lb. of sole or flounder fillet (I've used tilapia successfully)
  • 1/2 cup of dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • Seasoned salt, pepper
  • Paprika
  • Parsley

Directions
  1. Arrange fish fillets in a single layer over the dill in a shallow non-metallic baking pan or casserole.
  2. Sprinkle with sherry, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover baking dish with foil and bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven 12-18 minutes.
  4. Uncover and sprinkle with paprika and parsley if desired.
  5. Serve with pan juices.
