Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups sliced carrots, cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon snipped parsley

Directions
  1. Melt butter in skillet then stir in brown sugar, mustard and salt.
  2. Add cooked carrots stirring constantly until carrots are nicely glazed about 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley.

Just tried them. They're great! Such a simple recipe, using common/staple ingredients. (I used fresh baby carrots, softened slightly in the microwave.)
