I love this new recipe I found. I use to make these with only the chow mein noodles and butterscotch, but I love this recipe so much more that I'll make them this way for now on! Recipe from: Just Family Favorites Cookbook
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter shopping list
- 3 c. butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1 c. chow mein noodles (if you love the crunch you may want to add more) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows and noodles. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool.
