Pinapple Shimp Fried Rice

- 1 lb Shimp peeled and divined shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 5 sliced sweet pinapple ( can be from a can) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas and carrot mix shopping list
- 1 green onion- scallion chopped shopping list
- 4 tbsp of light soy sauce or kikoman sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp of fish sauce shopping list
- pinch of msg (optional) shopping list
- 3 glove garlic crushed shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, add oil and garlic cook until golden brown.
- Add frozen peas and carrot, cook until acess water.
- Add egg, cook until it little hard and crispy. Make a little spot in middle of the skillet, add shimp and cook until pink.
- Add rice and light soy sauce, fish sauce, green onion, msg and pinapple, stir to mix.
- Arrange on serving plate or in a fresh pinapple boat. ENJOY !!
