Warm Apple Spice Sandwich

This is a different kind of sammich...hope you all enjoy
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 tablespoon apple butter shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 4 slices fancy sweetened bread shopping list
- 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, quartered (sprinkle with lemon juice) cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cream cheese, apple butter, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl until well blended.
- Place bread on Slide Rack of Toast-R-Oven Broiler; set toast color selector to setting between Light and Dark and toast bread.
- Remove from toaster oven / broiler and spread each with cream cheese mixture.
- Slice each apple quarter into thin slices and arrange on toast. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
- Place 2 open - faced sandwiches on Oven Pan and bake in toaster oven / broiler at 350°F. for 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
- Makes: 4 open-faced sandwiches.
