How to make it

  • combine cheese and meat
  • add remaining ingredients, one at a time , up to won ton wrappers
  • on a flat surface lay 1 wrapper , with 1 point facing you
  • add 1 tsp. of filling and spread left and right towards points
  • wit edges and fold to form a tri-angle,press edges to seal
  • keep finnish rangoons covered with a damp towel
  • heat wok or skillet with enough oil to deep fry- temp should be 360*-375* F.
  • carefully slide rangoons into oil ,don't over croud, and cook for 3 minutes, turning once.remove with slotted spoon and drain
  • serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or chinese hot mustard
