Ingredients
  • 8 ounces of cream cheesr
  • 8 ounces of fresh crab meat or canned , drained and flaked.(can also use minced,cooked shrimp or go 1st. class and use cooked,minced lobster)
  • 1 tsp. minced red onion
  • 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper-to taste
  • 1 green onion,finely sliced
  • 1 large clove of garlic,peeled , smashed and finely minced
  • 1 package of won ton wrappers
  • small bowl with water
  • oil for frying, as needed

Directions
  1. combine cheese and meat
  2. add remaining ingredients, one at a time , up to won ton wrappers
  3. on a flat surface lay 1 wrapper , with 1 point facing you
  4. add 1 tsp. of filling and spread left and right towards points
  5. wit edges and fold to form a tri-angle,press edges to seal
  6. keep finnish rangoons covered with a damp towel
  7. heat wok or skillet with enough oil to deep fry- temp should be 360*-375* F.
  8. carefully slide rangoons into oil ,don't over croud, and cook for 3 minutes, turning once.remove with slotted spoon and drain
  9. serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or chinese hot mustard
