    wow sounds really interesting and I adore molasses...but I am ashamed of my ignorance- what is spelt flour? I have never heard of it....unbleached, not processed unsifted (preferred by me)but spelt? Please let me know so I can purchase some for me...thanks Leah from Divaliscious
