Easy Scotch Shortbread

This is an old family recipe - so easy to make and really fun if you want to get kids involved, especially with their hands!

Using a pastry cutter (or your hands!) cream butter.
Add sugar - mix well.
Add flour - mix well. The dough will be pretty firm.
Shape into small balls, placing on ungreased cookie sheet, and flatten out gently.
Bake at 350 for 10 min or until *lightly* browned on the bottom. Cookie will not brown unless burned :)
Shortbread is generally a dry cookie so these are great with coffee, tea or a glass of ice cold milk!
