Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup good mayonnaise shopping list
- 10 dashes Tabasco sauce (hot sauce) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts) shopping list
How to make it
- Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, salt/pepper in a food processor fitted with a metal blade..
- Add the scallions and puree twice
- Serve at room temperature

I was searching for a sun dried tomato spread (I was hoping to find one that sounds like what they use in the Herby Turkey sandwich at Bruegger's Bagels), when I came upon this. It sounds fabulous! I'm such an appetizer/snack food junkie. =)
