How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan with a good-fitting lid.
  • Cover and place on the lowest possible flame.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, or until boiling.
  • Serves two for an appetizer (or palate cleanser) or one sick adult who doesn't want noodles in her soup.

    ahhh...i know how it feels to be too weak to even bother with noodles...
    sometimes they just get in the way!...

    this sounds just perfect!
