How to make it

  • Sauté onion, jalapeño and thyme in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until soft, 5 minutes.
  • Add greens and broth. Simmer until greens are soft about 3 minutes, but do not let the broth evaporate completely. Season with salt and pepper.

    Sounds like it would be good with some cornbread! My husband, being from the country, eats his greens & cornbread with his fingers!!! oh well!! Jett
