Sauted Greens

- 1/2 cup onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeño, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 10 cups mustard greens, stemmed and chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup chicken broth shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté onion, jalapeño and thyme in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until soft, 5 minutes.
- Add greens and broth. Simmer until greens are soft about 3 minutes, but do not let the broth evaporate completely. Season with salt and pepper.
