Sweetened whipped lemon butter

- 12 tablespoons butter, softened shopping list
- 2 tablespoon confectioners' sugar shopping list
- zest of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl and beat with a mixer with a whisk attachment or by hand until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time. If there is extra, use a small melon baller and put onto wax paper, freeze on a cookie sheet for a few hours. After frozen put into an airtight container and store until ready. Defrost in fridge or on countertop.
