How to make it

  • Combine ingredients in a small bowl and beat with a mixer with a whisk attachment or by hand until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time. If there is extra, use a small melon baller and put onto wax paper, freeze on a cookie sheet for a few hours. After frozen put into an airtight container and store until ready. Defrost in fridge or on countertop.
  • Makes about 1 cup
