A great use for all those in-season berries over the summer that you wish would stay well after the snow falls. Frozen (dry-pack) berries work as well, but use fresh when you can! Makes 9 cups, serving size is 2 tbsp.

Thanks for the post. This will be a good one for my husband who will eat no refined sugar. We buy local raw honey 5 gal. at a time because we use so much in our cooking. I didn't have a honey jam recipe and this will be nice for when the local strawberries come in. A 5 I'm sure.
