Frosted Hazelnuts Recipe

How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, lightly beat egg whites. add suar, water, salt and spices; mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Add hazelnuts; stir gently to coat.
  • Spread into 2 greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pans. Bake at 275 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until crisp. remove to waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight containers.
