Ingredients
  • 12 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 can crabmeat, drained OR 1 cup chopped crabmeat (I use the fake stuff)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  1. slice eggs in half lengthwise. remove yolks and set whites aside. In a bowl, mash yolks. stir in crab, mayo, celery, almonds, pepper and salt. Stuff into whites.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Yields 2 dozen
