this is a clay baking dish cooked feast-you cook and eat from the same dish..this will taste close to lobster

Ingredients
  • (4) cod or Pollock fillets
  • shredded lemon rind
  • shredded orange rind
  • quarter stick of butter
  • dill weed

Directions
  1. you need a set of clay fired baking dishes...glazed
  2. put these dishes in a preheated oven at 350 for thirty minutes..
  3. remove very hot -fish dishes- from oven
  4. drop in the butter....slice butter in chunks and it will melt quick
  5. lay fillets on melted butter
  6. sprinkle lightly with dill weed
  7. grate or grind the orange and lemon peel over the fillets..
  8. give it a good cover of fruit rinds
  9. bake in oven at 350 ..it may only take ten minutes...
  10. watch the rinds and the fish edges...don't worry about the butter.....
  11. when the fish goes pearly plump white and the rinds break down its done.
