Mashed Potato Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Put the first 4 ingredients into the bread machiene's baking dish
  • Sprinkle the potato flakes over the hot milk in a seperate bowl and stir till they are like a gravy consistancy.
  • Add the butter, stir till melted
  • Let the loose potato mixture cool till it is warm, add to the dry stuff.
  • Hit start

    It would have been nice to know how big a loaf this recipe made BEFORE it exploded all over my bread machine. Wasted 4 cups of flour and probably won't be able to save the dough.

    Aw shoot! I don't have a bread machine. I just might have to go buy one. This sounds like it is absolutely delicious. My 2 favorite things, bread and potatoes!!!!!!!!
