Mashed Potato Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 package yeast

4 cups bread flour

2 tbs sugar

3 ts salt ( I use kosher)

2 tbs butter or marg.

1/2 cup instant mashed potatos

2 cups warm milk

Directions

Put the first 4 ingredients into the bread machiene's baking dish

Sprinkle the potato flakes over the hot milk in a seperate bowl and stir till they are like a gravy consistancy.

Add the butter, stir till melted

Let the loose potato mixture cool till it is warm, add to the dry stuff.
