This is a quick and easy chocolate mocha pie....A delightful dessert..

Ingredients
- I graham cracker pie crust (9 inch)
- 1 6 ounce package semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon powdered instant coffee
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, seperated
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups whipped cream
Directions
- Heat chocolate until melted; cool 10 minutes.
- Beat cheese, 1/3 cup brown sugar, the coffee, salt and vanilla on
- low speed until smooth.
- Add egg yolks and chocolate.
- Beat on high speed until smooth.
- Beat egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form.
- Beat in 1/4 cup brown sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of the whipped cream; fold remaining whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Mound remaining whipped cream on pie.
- Garnish with grated chocolate if desired.
- Cover and freeze at least 8 hours.
- Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
