Fried Maple Syrup Ice Cream

I made this dessert for the Root Source Challenge #5 which features maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolk shopping list
- 170 ml maple syrup shopping list
- 8 g vanilla sugar shopping list
- 250 ml milk shopping list
- 200 ml cream shopping list
- handful of walnut shopping list
- coconut flakes shopping list
- breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 egg white shopping list
- flour shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yolks with vanilla and maple syrup. Add milk while stirring constantly.
- Whip the cream until almost stiff.
- Combine with whipping cream and pour into the ice cream maker. Add chopped, roasted walnut flakes to the mixture halfway through the preparation time.
