Heavenly Fudge Sauce

this is a fudgy sauce that has a little kick of coffee to it... pour it warm over ice cream or the Bourbon-Chocolate torte... this recipe come from the gifts from the kitchen cookbok.
Ingredients
- 1 package ( 12 ounces) semisweet choolate morsels, good quality shopping list
- 1 TBSP. butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee shopping list
How to make it
- place chocolate morsels and butter in a heavy saucepan.
- cook over low heat until the chocolate and the butter melt. stir often
- gradually whisk in whipping cream
- cook, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth
- remove from the heat
- stir in the coffee
- cool. cover and chill
- makes about 1 3/4 cups
