  • SIFT FLOUR AND BAKING SODA TOGETHER
  • ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE, ALTERNATELY WITH EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, BEATING AFTER EACH.
  • ADD VANILLA
  • POUR INTO A GREASED AND FLOURED TUBE PAN AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES.. CHECK AN EYE ON IT..
  • FROSTING DIRECTIONS:
  • MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
  • WAIT FOR THE POUND CAKE TO COOL, THEN TOP WITH A THICK, THICK LAYER OF FROSTING..
  • GOOD WITHOUT THE FROSTING HEAVENLY WITH IT..
  • THE PICTURE I FOUND LOOKS JUST LIKE THE CAKE WITHOUT THE FROSTING
  • CAN ALSO GARNISH THIS HEAVENLY POUND CAKE WITH ICE CREAM, STRAWBERRIES AND POWEDERED SUGAR..
