This an excellent Guacamole my wife makes with my Salsa. Goes great with chips. And I love it on hamburgers.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Jimmy’s Salsa drain excess juices (See Jimmy's Salsa recipe)
  • The juice of 1 medium lemon
  • 1 tbls.salt
  • 6 medium ripe avocadoes peeled & pitted

Directions
  1. Using a fork lightly mash the avocadoes against the side of a medium glass bowl being carefull not to over kill or it will become baby food. You want to have some bite size pieces still in tack. Squeeze in lemon; add salsa & salt then stir.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1/2 hour.
  3. You may need to alter the amount of Salsa depending on the size of the Avacados
