Chili Verde Squash

- 4 cups yellow squash diced shopping list
- 3-4 tabls. bacon grease (or olive oil) shopping list
- 1 Medium onion diced shopping list
- 1 can chopped green chilis shopping list
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese cubed shopping list
How to make it
- Saute' onion in large skillet in bacon grease until transparent.
- Add squash and stir, cooking over medium heat until squash is tender stirring often to prevent scorching. Squash and onions will brown lightly.
- Add green chilis and velveeta and stir until melting.
