How to make it

  • Squeeze tofu block until all liquid is gone- you can use a paper towel
  • cut block in half, and save the other half for other recipes in an air tight container with water (you can save tofu up to 4 days this way).
  • Cut the tofu into1/8 in cubes, and put into a bowl
  • Add all spices to taste and lemon juice
  • Cover and marinate in fridge from 1 1/2 hours to overnight
  • Heat oven to 275 degrees
  • put all tortillas in foil and put in oven until ready to use
  • cook lentils as directed about 45 minutes, drain and set aside
  • slice red pepper and green pepper
  • heat pan with oil until pan is med high heat
  • add peppers and minced garlic and stir frequently for about 2 minutes, then add tofu
  • make sure tofu comes to a golden brown on all sides
  • remove tortillas from oven
  • Prepare fajita
  • I put lentils diced tomato red and green peppers and tofu altogether!
  • Enjoy!
