- 1 eggplant shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic shopping list
- 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas shopping list
- fresh thyme shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1 dry peperoncino shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Dice up your eggplant
- Warm the olive oil with garlic and crumbled peperoncino. After a minute or so add in thyme and eggplant. Fry this up until golden brown.
- Finally add in chickpeas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
