How to make it

  • Prep veggies.
  • boil water, and add bouillon cubes in large pot.
  • Stir couscous in, turn off heat.
  • In a medium frying pan add, water or oil.
  • Add onions, garlic and carrots, let soften then add rest, cook until soft, add to couscous.
  • Add spices to taste.
  • Add olives, and balsamic vinegar.
  • Voila! Bon apetit!
  • You can eat this cold or hot. If eating it cold then I recommend adding the cucumber and tomatoe then. Also. If you wanted to add canned black beans then rinse them off and add them to the veggies.

    It sounds wonderful, too bad I have a couscous hating family. Actually that works out to my benefit, I get the good stuff for lunch and they can eat peanut butter. Thanks for the post.
