Moroccan Curry Olive Couscous

- 2 c. couscous shopping list
- 2 c. water shopping list
- 3 bouillon chicken cubes shopping list
- 2 tbls. garlic(minced) shopping list
- 1 sweet (red, orange or yellow) pepper chopped shopping list
- a red onion chopped shopping list
- 1 carrot cubed shopping list
- half a cup mushrooms (optional) shopping list
- green onion chopped shopping list
- 1 can olives sliced shopping list
- 2 tsp.parsley shopping list
- 2 tsp. curry shopping list
- 1 tsp. saffron shopping list
- 1 tsp. coriander shopping list
- half a tsp. allspice shopping list
- 1 tsp. cumin shopping list
- balsamic vinigrette dressing (optional) shopping list
- cucumber chopped (optional) shopping list
- tomatoe s chopped ( optional) shopping list
- squeeze of lemon (optional) shopping list
- balck beans (optioanl) shopping list
How to make it
- Prep veggies.
- boil water, and add bouillon cubes in large pot.
- Stir couscous in, turn off heat.
- In a medium frying pan add, water or oil.
- Add onions, garlic and carrots, let soften then add rest, cook until soft, add to couscous.
- Add spices to taste.
- Add olives, and balsamic vinegar.
- Voila! Bon apetit!
- You can eat this cold or hot. If eating it cold then I recommend adding the cucumber and tomatoe then. Also. If you wanted to add canned black beans then rinse them off and add them to the veggies.
