Ingredients

2 Cloves Of Garlic Crushed

1 Tablespoon Oil ( Peanut Or Olive preferred)

1 1/2 lb. Diced Pork Or Chicken (Uncooked)

2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce

1 Bunch Green Onions ( 3 to 4 Chopped)

1 8 to 10 oz. pkg Fresh Mushrooms

3 Cups Cooked Rice (Jasmine Rice Is Best)

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

Directions

In Large Fry Pan Over Med-High Heat Add Oil And Garlic

Stir Until Brown

Add Diced Pork Or Chicken And Fish Sauce

Stir Until Meat Is Cooked

Stir In Mushrooms, Onions And Cooked Rice

Pour Soy Sauce Over Mixture

Stir Fry Until Golden Brown Or Sauce Has Cooked Out

* NOTE: Fish Sauce Has A Strong Odor But does Not Add A Fish Taste. Almost Tastes Like Soy Sauce But A Bit Stronger. It Can Be Omitted If You Want.

** Jasmine Rice Is Very Delicious, Most People Change Their Preference In Rice After Eating This Rice. Can Be Found In Most Grocery Stores With Asian Products Or Even Among Other Rices.
