Chocolate Cannoli Cake

- 1 egg white, ligtly beaten shopping list
- 1 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 tbs cold brewed coffee shopping list
- 2 tsp grated orange peel shopping list
- 1/2 c mini semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- Bater: shopping list
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c cold brewed coffee shopping list
- 1/3 c canola oil shopping list
- 1/3 c orange jice shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- 1 tbs cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 tbs vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 c whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/3 c baking cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients; set aside
- In a large bowl, combine the first 8 batter ingredients; beat until well blended. Combine the flours, cocoa, baking powder, salt; gradually beat into sugar mixture until blended.
- Transfer to a 13x9x2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with heaping tablespoons of ricotta mixture; cut through the batter with a knife to swirl.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack, referigerate any left overs.
