Marshmallow Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups unsalted butter, softened

1 jar (1 lb) marshmallow fluff

1 pkg. ( 1 lb.) confectioners sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

On medium-high , beat butter until fluffy, 2 minutes.

Add fluff, beat 30 seconds. Graually beat in confectioners sugar and vanilla until combined.

On medium-high, beat 1 minute.

Fill and frost cake, using some of frosting to pipe decorative edge around top of cake.

Easy and good! My son wanted chocolate cake with marshmallow frosting for his birthday. After searching found this recipe. Was a little short on marshmallow fluff so I just added confectioner sugar until the consistency looked right. Still made alot of frosting. I have enough for cake and had some leftover. Plan to use for cupcakes later in the week!
