  • Baby Spinach
  • Plum Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Olives
  • Hearts of Palm
  • Belgium Endive
  • SPICY GARLIC VINAIGRETTE
  • 7 heads garlic
  • 21 bird peppers
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 1/3 quarts cider vinegar
  • sherry viegrette, mustard, salt, ground pepper

Directions
  1. Toss salad ingredients
  2. puree dressing ingredients
  3. mix well
