- 1 part grapefruit juice shopping list
- 1 part cider vinegar shopping list
- 4 parts olive oil shopping list
- ground allspice shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- CITRONETTE shopping list
- lime juice shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- tomato concasser shopping list
- diced red onion shopping list
- crabmeat, cleaned shopping list
- avocado slices shopping list
- bibb lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- VIGAIGRETTE
- Segment the grapefruit supremes, reserving juice, squeeze pulp
- mix with equal amount of cider vinegar
- double amount of oil, season with allpice, salt pepper
- Drizzle on grapefruite and avocado
- CITRONETTE
- Combine all ingrediants except crabmeat
- Clean crabmeat of shells
- Add crabmeat to citronette, a little at a time,
- THE AVOCADO SLICES AND GRAPEFRUIT SLICES ALTERNATLY
- RADIATE ON PLATE OF BIBB LETTUCES. SPRINKLE VINAIGRETTE. CENTER 2 OUNCES OF CRAB CITRONETTE.
