How to make it

  • VIGAIGRETTE
  • Segment the grapefruit supremes, reserving juice, squeeze pulp
  • mix with equal amount of cider vinegar
  • double amount of oil, season with allpice, salt pepper
  • Drizzle on grapefruite and avocado
  • CITRONETTE
  • Combine all ingrediants except crabmeat
  • Clean crabmeat of shells
  • Add crabmeat to citronette, a little at a time,
  • THE AVOCADO SLICES AND GRAPEFRUIT SLICES ALTERNATLY
  • RADIATE ON PLATE OF BIBB LETTUCES. SPRINKLE VINAIGRETTE. CENTER 2 OUNCES OF CRAB CITRONETTE.

    Yeah someone used Citronette and vinaigrette correctly in a recipe! This one is going into my first picnic of the year. THX :)
