Hi Ambus, very interesting recipe. The flavors going on sound awesome. Question1: Are you refering to Mutton as Beef or Lamb? Question2 Is the meat cubed, chopped, ground? Question3. Is there something you do to the yogurt to keep it from breaking or is it supposed to break?

I would like to try this dish. Thanks in advance... Jim
