Grasshopper Bars

Chocolate drizzle and cool minty cream cheese frosting top indulgent chocolate bars. Mmmm!
Ingredients
- Bars: shopping list
- 1 pouch(1lb 1.5oz.)Betty Crocker doble chocolate chunk cookie mix shopping list
- 1/3c vegetable oil shopping list
- 2Tbs. water shopping list
- 1egg shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 3c powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 pkg.(3oz) cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 1/4c butter,softened shopping list
- 2Tbs. milk shopping list
- 1/4tsp mint extract shopping list
- 3-4 drops green food color shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate shopping list
- 1Tbs butter shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 Spray bottom of 13x9" pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl,stir all Bar ingredients until soft dough forms. Press into pan; bake 15 mins. Cool about 10 mins.
- In a large bowl,stir all frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over bars.
- In small microwaveable bowl,microwave all glaze ingredients on high 30 seconds;stir till smooth. Drizzle over frosting Refrigerate 30 mins or till set. For bars,cut into 9 rowsby 4 rows. Store covered in frig.
- Line baking pan with foil for easier cutting!
