Grasshopper Bars Recipe
Chocolate drizzle and cool minty cream cheese frosting top indulgent chocolate bars. Mmmm!

  • Bars:
  • 1 pouch(1lb 1.5oz.)Betty Crocker doble chocolate chunk cookie mix
  • 1/3c vegetable oil
  • 2Tbs. water
  • 1egg
  • Frosting:
  • 3c powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg.(3oz) cream cheese,softened
  • 1/4c butter,softened
  • 2Tbs. milk
  • 1/4tsp mint extract
  • 3-4 drops green food color
  • Glaze:
  • 1 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1Tbs butter

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 Spray bottom of 13x9" pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl,stir all Bar ingredients until soft dough forms. Press into pan; bake 15 mins. Cool about 10 mins.
  3. In a large bowl,stir all frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over bars.
  4. In small microwaveable bowl,microwave all glaze ingredients on high 30 seconds;stir till smooth. Drizzle over frosting Refrigerate 30 mins or till set. For bars,cut into 9 rowsby 4 rows. Store covered in frig.
  5. Line baking pan with foil for easier cutting!

I hope you don't mind I am going to sub cream de mint for the mint extract because I've got half a bottle left over and don't know what to do whit it. and these sound wonderful.yummy!
