Ingredients

1 pkg (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese, softened

3 Tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp. chopped fresh dill

1 tsp. chopped fresh chives

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

Dash black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover and refrigerate. Serve with fresh vegetable dippers.
