Great over salads and pizzas... You can burn onions and tomatoes too...they really help when you dont have too much time to cut, and you can keep them for long tme in a jar into oil... olive or Canola oil.

Berry, I love the smell of roasted peppers! I roasted anaheim and poblano or pasilla peppers. Once I've roasted them over the burner, I put them in a brown paper bag and close it up so the peppers can steam a bit.
Then I peel them without putting under running water, because I don't want to lose any flavor. I love fresh, homemade chile rellenos.
