How to make it

  • Just choose any kind of bell peppers…red,yellow,orange… and burn over the stove until they are really Burned. See Photo
  • Simmer into cold water and peel the Burned skin. See Photo
  • Cut in strips and conserve in oil … See Photo

    Berry, I love the smell of roasted peppers! I roasted anaheim and poblano or pasilla peppers. Once I've roasted them over the burner, I put them in a brown paper bag and close it up so the peppers can steam a bit.
    Then I peel them without putting under running water, because I don't want to lose any flavor. I love fresh, homemade chile rellenos.
