Directions
  1. Just choose any kind of bell peppers…red,yellow,orange… and burn over the stove until they are really Burned.
  2. Simmer into cold water and peel the Burned skin.
  3. Cut in strips and conserve in oil …

I love these.. especially with my home grown peppers..a 5 in my book


Berry, I love the smell of roasted peppers! I roasted anaheim and poblano or pasilla peppers. Once I've roasted them over the burner, I put them in a brown paper bag and close it up so the peppers can steam a bit.
Then I peel them without putting under running water, because I don't want to lose any flavor. I love fresh, homemade chile rellenos.
