Turns a bland white fish into a gourmet treat

Ingredients
  • 1 lb White fish (cod, haddock, pollack)
  • 1 tbsp Greek salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Coat bottom of shallow baking sheet with cooking spray(Pam)
  3. Lay fish in pan, skin side down
  4. Brush on Greek dressing
  5. Coat with bread crumbs
  6. Sprinkle feta on top
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
