Snickers Cheesecake Squares Recipe
Rich, decadent dessert! Be sure to bake only until 'almost set', then cool, and let sit in the fridge at least 3 hours. I make these the day before.

Ingredients
  • Crust
  • 2 c. crumbs from Oreo Sandwich cookies; (or prepackaged crumbs) or from other chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine; melted
  • Filling
  • 2 lb cream cheese; softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 or 8 to 9 Fun-Size Snickers candy bars-- (2.07 oz.)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. For crust:
  3. Mix crumbs and butter.
  4. Press into bottom of 9-by 13-inch baking pan.
  5. For filling:
  6. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric
  7. mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  8. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  9. Gently stir in 1 cup of the chopped candy.
  10. Pour into crust.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining chopped candy.
  12. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  13. Cool.
  14. Refrigerate at least three hours.
  15. Cut into squares.

Snickers,my favorite candy bar.I freeze the little bitey ones,thinking I won't eat as many,WRONG!! They taste even better that way. Sounds like a great recipe,Thank-you

OMG....Snickers, oreos, and cheesecake....And I was at the store today and for some reason they had huge bags of bite size snickers for $1.....Yes, I bought 4 of them....I'm laughing just thinking about eating them all....:)
