Pecan Cranberry Spread Recipe

This recipe is very light & delicious. We served it with veggie sticks but also used the leftovers for turkey sandwiches . YUM!

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened [can also use low fat]
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1-2 Tablespoons of honey,brown sugar or maple syrup
Directions
- Beat cream cheese till fluffy
- Stir in other ingredients
- Chill at least 30 minutes[better overnight]

This sounds yummy and cranberries are soo ful of antioxidants. I will probably use light cream cheese. Let you know how it turns out.
