How to make it

  • Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl. Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops and press each chop into crumb mixture. Place on a greased broiler pan and broil chops for about 10 mins per side,or till completely cooked. Timing depends on thickness of the chops.
  • Hint:Watch this carefully so that the chops don't dry out or burn!
