How to make it

  • Mix the cream cheese and cream of coconut in large bowl until well blended
  • Fold in the cool whip and coconut
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled
  • Serve with assorted fresh fruits, graham cracker sticks or plain cookies
  • makes 48 2T servings
