Ingredients
  • 2-2/3 cups of uncooked rotini pasta
  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced celery
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes , undrained
  • 1 10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp, chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. ground cumin powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
  1. Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on pkg., Drain
  2. Meanwhile in 12" skillet combine ground beef, celery and onions.
  3. Cook over medium heat until beef is thoroughly done, stirring frequently, drain
  4. Add cooked rotini and all remaining ingredients, mix well.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. NOTE:
  7. This is a very hot dish so you can decrease the spices to your liking!!!
