My Skillet Goulash

- 2-2/3 cups of uncooked rotini pasta shopping list
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sliced celery shopping list
- 1 cup chopped onions shopping list
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes , undrained shopping list
- 1 10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves shopping list
- 2 Tbsp, chili powder shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin powder shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on pkg., Drain
- Meanwhile in 12" skillet combine ground beef, celery and onions.
- Cook over medium heat until beef is thoroughly done, stirring frequently, drain
- Add cooked rotini and all remaining ingredients, mix well.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- NOTE:
- This is a very hot dish so you can decrease the spices to your liking!!!
