Malay Prawn And Pineapple Curry

- 8 shallots shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 candlenut (if you can find any) shopping list
- 1" fresh turmeric or 2 teaspoon of tumeric powder shopping list
- 5 - 8 chilies (depending on how spicy you like) shopping list
- 2 stalks of lemom grass shopping list
- 500g prawns, clean shopping list
- 1/2 pineapple, cubed shopping list
- 3 green chillies shopping list
- 500ml of coconut milk shopping list
- salt shopping list
- sugar shopping list
- 5 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Grind shallots, garlic, candlenut, turmeric, chillies and lemon grass
- Heat the oil and stir fry the grind ingredients until fragrant.
- Add 3 cups of water and bring to boil.
- The add the prawns, pineapple and green chilies. Bring to a boil switch to low heat and cook for 15 minutes.
- Finally, stir in coconut milk.
- Add in salt and sugar to taste.
- Cooks until it boils
