Ingredients

6 sliced raw potatoes

1 medium onion sliced in rings

3 tsp butter

3/4 cup bread crumbs

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup milk

Directions

butter casserole dish. Lay potaotes, onion, bread crumbs in alternate layers. place crumbs over each layer. add cheese. add salt to milk and pour over top. cook at 400* for 1 hour. bake 30 minutes uncovered. uncover and cook 30 more minutes until brown.
