How to make it

  • Slice eggs lengthwise into halves and place on a large plate or serving dish
  • Carefully remove yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl
  • Using a fork, mix the yolks with the salt, vinegar, mustard and mayonaisse until smooth and fluffy
  • Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture, covering the entire top of the egg
  • Sprinkle the tops with a dash of cayenne or paprika
  • Garnish with a black olive ring
  • Cover carefully with cling film and place into refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve
  • You may adjust the vinegar and mustard according to your taste

    As I seen this recipe.I was like hmmmm.... I know that this is a way that most of my mom's side of the family dose there.I tryed it this way and that their not bad.
