One of my favorite foods to have on the table at a picnic or BBQ! Also nice in the winter to remind you that summer is on its way...

Ingredients
  • 1 dozen eggs, hard boiled and chilled
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp yellow American-style mustard
  • 2 Tbsp mayonaisse
  • cayenne or paprika
  • black olives, sliced into rings (optional)

Directions
  1. Slice eggs lengthwise into halves and place on a large plate or serving dish
  2. Carefully remove yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl
  3. Using a fork, mix the yolks with the salt, vinegar, mustard and mayonaisse until smooth and fluffy
  4. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture, covering the entire top of the egg
  5. Sprinkle the tops with a dash of cayenne or paprika
  6. Garnish with a black olive ring
  7. Cover carefully with cling film and place into refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve
  8. You may adjust the vinegar and mustard according to your taste

As I seen this recipe.I was like hmmmm.... I know that this is a way that most of my mom's side of the family dose there.I tryed it this way and that their not bad.
