Ingredients

2 tbsp. butter

4 chicken breasts

2 onions, minced

1 tsp chopped garlic

1/4 cup bell pepper ( orange )

14 oz can peach halves save 1/2 cup juice

1 can cream chicken soup

pinch saffron

sliced almonds

Directions

In a covered skillet , melt butter. braise breasts both sides until half way done. add onions, garlic,and peppers.in mixing bowl combine peach juice, soup,saffron. pour over chicken cover simmer for 30 min.. add peaches cover keep on heat until peaches are hot. serve over wild rice sprinkle with almonds.
