How to make it

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter and add in garlic powder and minced garlic. Set aside.
  • Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Place steaks in frying pan and pour in the garlic butter mixture.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until done.
  • Serve on a warmed plate with a nice side of vegetables.

    This was delicious. I loved the little hint of butter and garlic. I had one steak but cut the rest of the ingredients in half. Four minutes each side in my 8" cast iron and it was done perfectly. Added a couple of pictures. A tasty bit more in IMI.
