    Sirloin Steak With Garlic Butter
A friend gave me a little sirloin steak for just me! What to do with it? Tired of plain old broiling and its way too cold (and dark) to grill. Had another good search result using the ingredient "sirloin" and found this one. So good - and quick. Toasted one half of a roll for a steak sandwich. Not a bit of it left. I'm stuffed. So is my little pudgy dog. The good smells woke him up. :)

"Just for you?" You must be special.......That steak looks perfectly done. I just ate, but now I want a steak : ) I love the sound of this. I have to try it. Right after I try Sparrows Porterhouse Steaks With Jack Daniels Pan Sauce Thanks for the heads up, Frankie Im glad that little Pudgger is stuffed. He must be getting pretty round

I have been using my CI a lot. Especially for steaks. I do 4 min the first side and 3 the second. Also been using bacon grease . Got those both off a cooking show "Simon's Suppers"

Whoops. When I meant "just for me" I meant size-wise. Yeah, I'm special though, too. :-P Yeah, my doggie is pretty round today. We will have to walk down the street two times this weekend instead of once.
That recipe of Sparow's looks great. I'll have to try that one. I think I have another sirloin in my freezer. My dad drinks Jack Daniels so I keep a couple of airline size bottles in my cupboard - just in case. They equal 1/4 cup so they are good for cooking. I get them where I gas up so its convenient.

Mmmm....that looks heavenly Frankieanne. I join MrP in the Steak Line-up! :) I like how you served it over the half roll. I have a steak recipe myself that is served similarly.
    Jamie Olivers Butterflied Steak Sarnie
I think the next time I make it I may add in some minced garlic as an additional flavourer and see what happens.
I too would like to try Lori's Steaks with Jack Daniels Pan Sauce.
LOL @ the little pudgy dog. :)

Wow, that recipe looks great, Chuckie. Well, except for those pesky mushrooms. :-P I like the idea of the spinach though.
