Lobster and Gaspacho

Ingredients
- water-melon; shopping list
- peeled cucumbers; shopping list
- copper tomatos without seeds; shopping list
- mixed herbs (mint, basil, thyme, lemon grass); shopping list
- lemmons; shopping list
- lobsters; shopping list
- ginger; shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Pass water-melon, cucumbers and tomatoes to the metallic filter.
- Blend juices, add herbs, salt and pepper.
- Cook the lobster and cool it.
- Serve putting the lobster on a soup dish with gaspacho
