Ingredients
  • water-melon;
  • peeled cucumbers;
  • copper tomatos without seeds;
  • mixed herbs (mint, basil, thyme, lemon grass);
  • lemmons;
  • lobsters;
  • ginger;
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Pass water-melon, cucumbers and tomatoes to the metallic filter.
  2. Blend juices, add herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the lobster and cool it.
  4. Serve putting the lobster on a soup dish with gaspacho
